20-Game Record Prediction 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 1
I've looked at the Nuggets schedule and, after going 7-3 through the first ten games, I think the Nuggets could realistically go 9-1 over their next ten. The next stretch includes seven home games, the Twolves (twice and once on the tail end of back to back games in Minnesota), The Knicks and Nets(both at home), and the disheveled Warriors (at home). I'm thinking the only loss might come at San Antonio in the 20th game.

What does everyone think? 16-4?

I'll step out there and say I could see us winning the next ten. San Antonio beat Toronto and OKC but it was a bit of a struggle for them. If the Nuggets are 100% healthy against SAN it could end up a win. Of course I realize how hard it is to take ten in a row and Denver could easily let a weird one slip. Like a loss to Miami or something.

It was good to see Earl on fire last night. He took a few goofball 3's but I bet his overall percentage was pretty high. Props to Afflalo and of course Melo. Great D by Nene.

Yeah, I'm with Graves here... I'm not even worried about San Antonion this year, they look REALLY old and injured and RJ and their other acquisitions haven't added much to their attack, especially offensively. They really struggle to score most nights, even with their big 3 playing, and their defense has fallen off as well -- I think if we go down there and try to run the ball down their throats after every shot attempt, we'll kill them just because they can't hang with us offensively or athletically. Honestly, I'd be more scared of the Spurs without their main players because it seems like they go crazy and all the bench players come to life when the stars are gone... more of a traditional trap game if that's the case.

I'll go ahead and call 10 straight, though a team like the Bulls or the Warriors could get hot and surprise us... my bet would be the Warriors actually of any of the remaining games. They always play us pretty tough and their offense can catch fire at any point where it becomes difficult for ANY team to beat them, as bad as they are.

Nah, the Nuggets just left money on the table last night. Even with how poorly they played they could have executed down the stretch and took that game.

Huge game tonight...
