I can basically point to the exact moment when Kenyon Martin left Friday's game as the instant the Nuggets started to go to pieces in the last two losses.
With there no timetable for Martin's return, is there anything the Nuggets can do with their current roster (besides J.R. coming back) that can mask how blatantly soft Denver's front court is?
And how frustrating is it that we have no true back up small forward or relief at power forward/center with Johan Petro, Renaldo Balkman, and Joey Graham on the roster?
What position do Renaldo and Graham even play?
Where's Malik Allen?
Is Petro even a viable resource?
When I look at the roster here's what I feel should be the rotation.
Chauncey-Lawson-Carter
Smith-Afflalo-Graham?
Carmelo-Balkman?
Kenyon-Malik Allen?
Nene-Birdman
Frustrated
