My Girl and I use these:
JR= junior
melo = Carmine
Balkman = Rachel (He looks like a girl we used to know- this is not to be pejorative at all, I do like Balkman!)
Nene = Baby ( because thats what Nene means, plus he crys all the time)(Again, I do like Nene, but I wish he were a bit more of a pro sometimes.)
George Karl= Cookie (a friend of ours saw him in the cookie isle at safeway)

Someone on a forum had a choice line about the last win -- "George Karl should get a tear drop tattoo for that one."
I like calling JR "JRS-1" because it tickles my rap nerd fancy, but I normally just yell out, "JR, motherf*$&er!" every time he does something awesome.
I use the standard nicknames for the most part.

Sorry I'm late on this one but here goes:
George Karl - "Top Shelf". Me and some friends call him this because we were in Benny's getting hammered on top shelf margaritas when GK came in with his family. This was like the day after he was hired as Nuggets coach.
Kenyon Martin - When I'm pissed at him which is fairly often I call him K-Fart.
J.R. - J.R. Swish. I even brought that poster with me to the last regular season game against the Lakers last season. I got a lot of "sit the fuck down".
Afflalo - After watching him last night against Partizan I hereby dub him Curly. He fouled someone from Partizan and it was so obvious that it was now Partizan's ball yet he made this really comical face and kept pointing to the Nuggets end of the court. Totally cracked me up like Curly from the stooges.
